What is the Learn and Lead Advisory Board?

After our trip to Boston last year, we came back and held two parent information meetings to share out what we learned and what we planned to implement at Wallin Elementary School.  One of the items we discussed was the formation of a parent group to help raise money to provide teachers opportunities to attend training seminars, and purchase resources from these trainings, in order to enhance instruction for our students.  We are pleased to announce the formation of this parent group called the Learn and Lead Advisory Board.  The mission of this group will be to provide professional development and resources to the teachers at Wallin Elementary School, enabling them to Learn and Lead as they educate our future...our children.
