Student Safety is our Number One Priority.
In an effort to assure that adults working with and around students are fully vetted, an application process has been put into place district-wide for volunteers to complete in order to spend time on campus. This includes volunteers in the PTA, parents, and family members that volunteer in classrooms and those that assist in volunteering on and around campus during the instructional day. Additionally, this extends to parents who choose to participate on fieldtrips, both overnight and those conducted during the day.
If you would like to volunteer in our building, and are not a currently approved to volunteer through CCSD, please start the application process above. complete the CCSD Representative Volunteer background check application. See the attached directions for steps. If you do not have internet access, please contact the school office to set up a time to use the volunteer computer station. Once cleared Human Resources will contact you to pick up your badge at the district office.
Our school very much depends on the contributions of volunteers! Thank you for taking the time to participate in a process intended to ensure that all volunteers visiting in our school are vetted to provide a safe learning environment.
